Refund Policy

The Smart Education Foundation will have a positive impact on your student’s life. We are so confident that your student’s test score will increase, we guarantee it!

SEF’s SAT / ACT Guarantee

After completing the study materials (DVD) provided by SEF, we guarantee that your student’s test score will increase by at least 300 points! This is based on the overall score of the SAT / ACT as a whole, and not per section. If your student’s SAT score does not increase 300 points, or at least 5 points for the ACT. If the student does not achieve the above referenced increases, SEF will refund the purchase price less the cost of shipping.

Requirements :

The guarantee requires that the student completes the entire course. No exceptions. To qualify, members must achieve an initial score of 700 to 1920 on the SAT, and a 13 to 29 on the initial ACT tests. To receive a refund of the purchase price, customers must send SEF :

  1. A copy of the initial SAT / ACT / PSAT scores prior to using the DVD’s issued by SEF.
  2. A copy of the second SAT / ACT score, showing the failure to meet the guaranteed increase.
  3. A brief letter signed by the parent and the student stating that the DVD study course was completed.
  4. The SEF user progress report from the DVD course (issued once the course is completed). User will obtain a completion code when finished.

Please send all this information to The Smart Education Foundation, attention customer service, and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price within 20 business days of the date the information was received.

SEF’s 30 – Day Guarantee

Go ahead and try SEF for 30 days. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, simply return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping. It’s that easy!

Our product is sent for a 30 day trial that begins when the product is received. The product is sent out via Priority Mail, and is insured by SEF against damage. Please make sure that you obtain a RMA (return authorization number) by calling customer service, if you wish to return the study materials.
