Simply by purchasing a package from the Smart Education Foundation, or by making a monetary donation, you are helping our foundation provide the same educational resources to less fortunate students. Any donations to the program would be put to immediate use to enhance the services that we offer to our students. The Smart Education Foundation is a pending non-profit educational institution that is trying to qualify as an “approved” 501 (c) 3 non profit corporation. So, unless SEF is approved by the IRS, your purchase will NOT be tax deductable. Only if the Smart Education Foundation is approved as a 501 (c) 3 by the IRS, will a percentage of your purchase be deductible. Please check back routinely to check on our status. The Smart Education Foundation has applied for a “Non – Profit” status, as an educational institution, in an order to potentially acquire a permanent non – profit 501 (c) (3) status. The SEF will routinely post updates as the application process runs its course.
